free articles and public domain content

I was surfing online trying to do some research on a new blog post, I came across a caption that caught my attention. On the screen before me was the caption “public Domain Content” being curious I clicked and was able to find out what it meant; public domain content are contents you find online that are not copy righted. What this means is you can take the content or written work of another person repackage it to whatever form without taking permission from the owner of the work or the owner has simply given you express permission to use their work without recourse or attrition to them. I sort of clicked back to what I was doing before which was trying to research on my new blog post; along the line I was struck with an idea! Here I was trying to do a research for my new blog post when I was already presented with a verifiable link. I clicked back and studied it to develop my idea further.
I learnt that public domain content or creative commons CC0 is a new creative commons license to help content creators distribute their work on the internet copy right-free. They can publish presentations, WebPages, videos, songs, pictures or any other form of content in the public domain via CC0. CC0 mean creative commons zero or “no rights reserved” license to your work, what this means is that “you as the creator of a work of art, article or whatever you create, you are trying to say I wrote this work or article but since I am circulating it under the creative commons zero please feel free to copy this article or use it for any other purpose without asking for permission or attrition.”
As the law stand, almost all countries have laws on copy right law prohibitions, I can rightly tell you that they have one thing in common and that is “copy right law prohibits in full or in part the use or reuse without explicit permission for creative works from the copy right owner.”
All copy right works will enter the public domain 70 years after the death of the author or 120years after the publication date if the death of the author is unknown.
Now back to the issue of the idea I said came to me while I was trying to do a research on my new blog post. The idea that came to me was if there was a lot of content out there lying unused why not write about it and bring it to the attention of my fellow bloggers and most especially newbie’s who may have been encouraged one way or the other for starting a blog through this blog and is finding it hard to come up anything to write about on their blog because for you to have traffic to your blog, you must have quality contents on your blog and must post to your blog at reasonable interval. And you must avoid copying copy righted documents online just to post to your blog it is against the rules of blogger and Google AdSense. I was going through my blogger dashboard and popped in to check my blog buzz, I came across an update that blogger is seriously working on deleting accounts that copy and paste copy righted items to their blogs.
The aim of this post is to put you on alerts on how to look for contents that are not copy righted, that is if you must use somebody’s else’s article on your blog, then it must be from “Public Domain Content”, you can download and re-modify it to your taste, even convert to PDF and sell it but most domain content have limitations as to what you can do with it but they are all free to use most of the time, simply do a “due diligence” before you use any of it.
Public domain content can be a useful resource center for online materials and ideas when you are looking for something to work on before posting to your blog so that you can avoid copying copy righted work and plagiarism. For you to use copy righted work you must first need to take permission by contacting them through their website or blogs online, but make sure that if you are given permission store the permission somewhere you can easily reach for it later.
Now a lot of you would have been asking yourselves; how do I search for public domain contents? You can do a search on public domain content on Google by simply typing the words “public domain contents” and click your way to whatever it is you are looking for.
It occurred to me to do another search for software’s that can duplicate articles, and you can imagine the result that came out. There are a lot of software’s that can duplicate your articles into 10 or more different articles with just a click from you and you can post on your blog. But if you must use this kind of software just make sure you write a unique article yourself and duplicate it to different articles. You can even register for Revenue sharing sites and use this software to earn from your Google AdSense account. I am currently working on this issue to expose or simplify it for you to take advantage of. Just make sure that you leave a comment on my blog on anything for us to improve and serve you better. You can download this kind of software’s for free. Simply do a search on Google with the keywords article duplicating software. Software Alliance roils some with aggressive stance: fines have reached into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.(fines for unauthorized software duplication): ... An article from: San Diego Business Journal
In conclusion however, the aim of this blog is to promote original ideas; where you can sit down and come up with your own idea on any niche but also at the same time point to you useful ideas that are relevant and emerging so that you don’t lack behind in this rapidly changing information technology world of ours.

Why Blogs Fail

Millions of blogs are being added to blogosphere every month and many of them fail and eventually die within the first few months of their launch. Why? Basically, there could be thousands of reasons for this. And in this article I’ll try to cover few of them.
Here are 24 deadly signs that your blog may be dying:
1. When Money becomes your top priority and you found yourself spending most of your time in doing research about latest affiliate programs rather than thinking about creating high quality content.
2. When you update your blog very rarely.
3. When you lose your motivation and start ignoring your blog or start taking it as granted.
4. When you create high quality content, hit the publish button and then go to sleep without making any efforts to promote it.
5. When you start writing long posts in small fonts and don’t even have time to break your text into short paragraphs.
6. When it becomes very difficult for search engine crawlers to crawl your content (may be due to weird themes or some complex blogging platform).
7. When you don’t do any kind of SEO or link building for your blog.
8. When you don’t have any knowledge of the niche you are going to blog about (unless you are newbie who want to share his personal learning experience with the community)
9. When your readers have to wait for more than 30 seconds to get your blog loaded.
10. When you’ve filled every white space of your blog with advertisements.
11. When you don’t have time to reply to the comments/ questions of your readers.
12. When the contact form of your blog is not working and your readers don’t have any other option to contact you.
13. When you are using the default WordPress setting for your blog like default about page, default URL structure, etc.
14. When you start believing that blogging is only about taking and earning and not about sharing.
15. When you start giving preference to the quantity over quality of content.
16. When you think that networking with other bloggers of your niche is not at all important.
17. When you start fooling your readers by recommending them to crappy affiliate products.
18. When you start selling links to poker and casino websites from your Blogroll.
19. When you start blogging about everything minus the information useful for your readers.
20. When your readers have to fill complex captchas or to register on your website to write comments.
21. When you claim that you earn $9,999 from your blog every month but still use a free WordPress theme.
22. When you start scraping content for your blog from the other blogs of your niche.
23. When you start expecting overnight results and dream of becoming a millionaire in first two months of blogging.
24. When you start spending your hard earned cash in buying $9.99 products entitled “How to become a successful blogger”.
So, these are 24 reasons that I can think of as the tell-tale signs of when a blog starts dying. If more than a couple of these signs apply to you, it means that its time for a major overhaul in your blogging strategy or your way of thinking.

YouTube traffic

YouTube is a popular is a popular online website which allows users of the internet like you and me to share videos or watch an unlimited number of them. YouTube popularity has grown tremendously and so has its profits. Google saw great potential from that site and bought it for over a billion dollars awhile back. Now as a regular internet surfer you have a piece that pie indirectly. If you offer YouTube videos on your blog, or even or even if you don’t have a blog site, you can still make a good amount from YouTube.

This method being shared with you on this article is about “uploading videos with your affiliate or website link in order to promote your site or product or service”. The videos should be related to your niche. Instead of making your videos you’ll simply go on to YouTube and download videos that someone else made and then apply your link at the end of the video. The videos are copy righted so you will have to obtain permission by sending them an email which they will probably not refuse but if they do simply go on to another and make sure you save any positive response in a folder where you can easily reach in the case of any legal tussles later.
Setting up this system is pretty easy, first you will need to sign up with YouTube to get your own account, then you will need to familiarize yourself with how to upload videos, title videos and market your videos with relevant keywords, categories selection and content. The procedure is as listed below-
(1) Pick a niche: you’ll need to find out what kind of product you want to promote, you can go to www.googlepopularsearch.blogspot.com and find out the current trends and also Google trends. For instance if you choose a niche like “online entrepreneurship” you can go to places like www.ideasonlinebusiness.blospot.com and also www.affiliatelink.webs.com for products to promote.

(2) Find related Videos on YouTube: Simply logon to YouTube and search for related videos with keyword “online entrepreneurship”. Search for videos that were posted recently but have high view count. This will give a higher amount of exposure since the video is already extremely popular. Things to note when searching for videos to use.
A) make sure your video is not boring.
B) make sure videos is relatively short.
C) make sure that the video has good picture quality and clear sound.
(3) Download each video to your Computer: There are many website that you can use to download streaming videos directly to from YouTube. You can vixy.net, once open vixy’s all you have to do is filling the web address to the video that you would like to save to your computer. Then you’ll simply wait for it to convert t .AVI format.
(4) Edit and add your link: the application for use is windows media maker which by default is stored on your computer just do a search for it on your computer and you will find it there.
(5) Upload your video: Log on to your YouTube account and upload and always use keywords and good description when uploading your video. In summary on the tips and guide are-
 Find great videos related to your niche on YouTube.
 Download the video using vixy.net.
 Add the web link to your website at the beginning and at the end with a description of your video using a simple video editor.
 Re-up load upload the video to other different video websites at once using a mass submission website, you can do a search on Google.
 Make sure the links in the video are directed to your website or blog, so that it can draw traffic to your website or blog.

How to upload your own recorded videos or news:
(1) Record or capture through your mobile phone or camcorder.
(2) Create or edit your video or any video editing software, you can do a search on Google for the software’s.
(3) Make sure the video is stored in AVI. Format
(4) Transfer it to your YouTube account and upload it.
(5) Share the videos with your friends on FaceBook, subscribe on YouTube and other social networking sites.
When this step is followed it can bring you more traffic to your site and when you explore the potentials of these social networking sites.

Guess Bloggers

The 3 Essential “Don’ts” of Guest Blogging – Make it Work for You
Guest blogging is becoming a mainstream tactic to promote your resource and reach out to the targeted audience. The more people talk about guest blogging, the more misinterpretations of the concept occur.
Blogging Authors
This is why it is so important to keep reminding people what guest blogging is really about and how to do that to get the maximum benefit.
Let me share my own list of important things you must not do when guest blogging.
1. Don’t Treat Guest Blogging as Link Building
If you view guest posting as link building, the quality of your posts suffers. Trying to stuff your guest post with links to your own properties you are unable to focus on the post itself and other (much more important) benefits of guest posting:
• Networking: think about valuable connections that you build. People who are involved in the Internet marketing long enough realize that traffic and rankings are unstable. Networking with people is what really matters. Your friends and partners will be the foundation of your future online success and guest blogging is one of the most effective ways to build those connections and strengthen them.
• Reaching out to (and influencing) the influencers. A-lister bloggers are those who have authority and voice. It is not easy to get into contact with them. What they really value is your unique perspective and sincere opinion – and a good thoroughly-thought-over guest post is the best way to reach out to them.
• Recognition and authority. Guest posting positions you as expert, builds your brand awareness and authority.
2. Don’t Focus on Yourself
While building your personal brand is an essential benefit of guest posting, don’t overdo. By focusing on yourself and your by-line you risk:
• Being rejected – remember bloggers agree to publish your work and give you recognition and all they want is just your unique and quality content. They don’t need you telling everyone how good you really are.
• Screwing relationships with bloggers – the moment the blogger realizes you are using him to self-advertise, he stops appreciating you as contact. No one likes being used.
• Sounding pathetic – even if the blogger feels uneasy to reject and publishes your post, your readers will notice and laugh at your attempt to advertise yourself.
3. Don’t Focus on A-List Bloggers
Your wish to make the most of your efforts and only guest post for high-authority and high-traffic blogs is easy to understand. However consider the following benefits of the active guest blogging strategy (which means sharing your work on various blogs of various topics and power):
• You have time and platform to learn: Guest blogging (like anything else under the sun) requires some skills and experience. Lower-authority blogs are easier to contact and are more eager to accept the post – this means you are able to guest post frequently enough to get the experience adapting to new audiences and styles.
• You build more contacts. Let’s face it, A-list bloggers are not easy to stick with. That’s bloggers “of your level” who are most likely to become your closest friends and people you can rely on. (Besides that, don’t forget, chances are, some of those blogs will eventually grow into “A-list” resources as well).
• You broaden your outlook. Think of plenty of various blogs, topics, styles, etc you come by while guest blogging. That’s an awesome post of inspiration

Easy 12 ideas to make online

Making money online has become increasingly easy as more opportunities and innovations arise. Before launching out on the internet I spent lots of hours and days reading and analyzing the many products, schemes and techniques that people seem to be using to make money from just a few bucks to hundreds of thousands of dollars and even millions. Honestly, I’ve been burnt a few times from trying some get rich quick stuff.
However, I’ve come to the conclusion that there are some very simple, popular and legitimate techniques for making money online with very high success rates when done properly. So, I’m going to be sharing 12 money making ideas and I’m sure there are a couple here that will fit your blog’s niche or business model.
I’ll start with some basic techniques that can be implemented into every blog:
1. Make Money Through Google Adsense
This is by far the easiest method to start earning from your blog. Google’s adsense gives you access to their huge network of advertisers through which you can display advertisements that are relevant to your blog’s audience. You earn whenever someone views and clicks your ads. More visitors to your blog will mean high earnings and clickthrough rates. Ensure that you setup adsense ads for your feeds as well, google provides this option once you sign-in to your dashboard.
2. Selling Private Advertising Space
This is another method for earning from your blog where you reserve certain spaces on your site for advertisers to place their banner or text ads. This way you specify your rates which are usually paid on a monthly basis. The cost of these ads will depend on your site’s popularity.
You can have as many as 8 advertising spots on your site without it being too intrusive for your readers. Each could bring you and average of $12 per month which means about $96 per month. You can find advertisers through the Buy Sell Ads network.

3. Paid Job Board
Setting up a job board to complement your blog is fairly simple. Through this you can offer free and paid job listings for visitors who may be interested in job opportunities. To earn from this, simply offer premium listings that will get more exposure than the average posting. Charge anywhere from $10 to $100 per month for listings. The price, of course, depends on the amount of traffic your blog receives.
4. Accept Donations Through This Awesome Widget

Depending on what your blog focuses on you can accept monetary contributions paid directly to your paypal account through the ChipIn Widget. This is a flash based web service that simplifies the process of collecting money using a neat little widget to catch your visitors’ attention.
Now for some more advanced techniques for monetizing your blog:
5. Writing & Selling E-Books
If you are an expert in the niche you are blogging about you can write unique e-books that provide a vast amount of useful content for your readers. Your first e-book can be sold anywhere from $7 to $30 depending on the quality and uniqueness of the content. If you’re serious, your e-book can be completed within a couple of months and provides a solid long-term income. Imagine selling an e-book for $12 with 1,000 copies being sold. That’s $12,000 in sales and is a lot of money even if its earned over a 12 month period.
6. Create & Sell WordPress Themes & Plugins
If you have great web development skills or have a few friends who do, you could design and develop a few WordPress themes and plugins and sell them for a minimal price of around $30. Think about it, there are over 100,000 blogs being launched daily. These bloggers are looking for themes for their new ventures; many of them are willing to pay for premium themes to get their journey started.
In addition to promoting your work on your own blog, you can sell your themes through the Themeforest marketplace. They’ve sold over 47,000 different themes on behalf of designers and developers and their site is one of most trusted and visited on the internet.

7. Theme Reviews Using Affiliate Links
You could also write in depth reviews of new themes that may be launched by other developers and themes builders that offer commissions for their affiliates. Sign up for an affiliate account with these websites and start writing the reviews. Visitors who read the reviews may be interested and click your affiliate links to purchase the theme. These visitors will be counted as your referrals and earn you commissions. Some sites that offer these types of affiliate earnings are: Woo Themes and Elegant Themes

8. Write For Other Paying Blogs
There are lots of opportunities for bloggers who are willing to write for blogging networks or other individuals and businesses who may need your help. These sites pay from $5 per blog post up to even $100 per post depending on the popularity of the blog and quality of content you will be required to produce. You can find freelance blogging jobs at BloggerJobs.Biz or my job board at Sam’s Job Board.
9. Creating & Selling Blogs
I always say that owning a website or blog is like owning a piece of virtual real estate and in the same way that you can buy and sell homes and other properties, you can use the same techniques for selling websites. The value of websites appreciate depending on many factors like, domain age, content, actual earnings, traffic, etc. and these factors affect how much your site can be sold for. You can buy some interesting domains, build up some blogs that focus on specific niches and once it has a steady flow of traffic you simply sell. Flippa.com is an excellent marketplace for buying and selling websites.
10. Write Sponsored Reviews
SponsoredReviews.com allows you to earn cash by writing and posting honest reviews on your blog about their advertisers’ products and services. Advertisers will benefit from your reviews since it increases backlinks, popularity and search engine rankings for their product sites and that’s what they’re paying for. Depending on your readership and the quality of your blog, you can earn from $5 to $1,000 per post.

11. Become A Consultant Through Your Blog
If you are a specialist in your field, offer consultation services that are charged at an hourly or daily rate. You can also charge for speaking engagements at conferences and other types of offline forums. Ensure that you market these services effectively through your blog to ensure that visitors can readily see that you are available.

12. Private Forums, Memberships or E-Courses
Your regular blog’s content is one thing but you can go a step further by offering premium content on a paid membership basis. This especially works if you offer a specialty in your niche and already have a decent readership that enjoys your regular content. Create membership areas of your site that requires your readers to pay a small subscription fee to login. A small fee of $5 per month can easily accumulate to thousands of dollars per month if your are truly dedicated to providing superb content for your members.
There are quite a few plugins on the market that can create password protected areas of your existing blog and integrates a platform for accepting payments.
Other facts to keep in mind
To maximize your earnings through your blog, you really need to ensure that you are aiming for high quality in all aspects. Factors such as a user friendly blog design, easy to find and read information and your character as a blogger can affect the ultimate earning potential of your blog.
Also, ensure that you have:
An Advertising profile – This provides basic information of your site such as your readers’ demographics, your alexa rank, monthly visitors, banner ad prices, your google pagerank, number of feed subscribers and any other useful information for potential advertisers
A Serious Focus On Your Niche – Most advertisers only advertise within their niche. Its easier to attract advertisers when they see that you are focused
Build a Mailing List – Use AWeber or Mail Chimp to build your e-mail list or at least ensure that you have feedburner setup so that your readers can keep updated on your new content. This is the easiest method for contacting your dedicated readers when you are promoting a new affiliate product or service. You should have already built some trust with your subscribers and thus it will be easier for them to make a purchase from you.

Creating a blog using blogger

In my last post I gave an expose on making money on Google AdSense and Amazon along with some sure fire ways of dragging traffic to your blog and also how to spend less or nothing at all to start your internet business using blogger.com with Google hot trends. In that post I gave ideas on opening a free blog, though there are many free blog creation companies online but I didn’t really give you the step by step ways of opening a free blog.
This is a step by step explanation with pictures to give a vivid explanation and help you start with little or no assistance at all.
Before you start a blog, you need to decide what your subject will be - what you are going write about and put in your blog. What it shouldn't be is something you have no clue about: if you aren't a doctor or nurse or paramedic, don't write about medical things. Whatever you choose, you have to be able to write from knowledge, experience and research. Don't think you can start blog and copy stuff from all over the internet. That just will not work for AdSense.

So, now that you've picked a subject you have to decide on a name for your blog. Think of a couple that match your subject matter, mainly because someone else may already have a blog with the name you may have picked, just be ready with a second choice.

To begin you have to sign up so you type www.blogger.com into your search bar and find the home or sign up page. Then, you sign up for a free account, and when your registration is complete you will be presented with a "blogger dashboard"

On the dashboard, you can select your language, and click the "create a blog link".

Next you'll be presented with a page where you name your blog, and select the URL (blog address or web address) that you'll use for your new blog. When you type in the blog name and URL (the URL can be the same as your blog name if nobody is using it) click the link to check if it's available. If so, you can continue and fill in the Captcha letters. If someone else is using it, you have to pick a new one and try again.

Once you click the "continue" button you'll be presented with a page where you can pick a blog template - this is the design or the way the blog will look.

Select a design by clicking the button under it. It doesn't really matter much what you choose to get started with - changing the template later is easy, and takes nothing more than clicking a button. Customized template designs are something for those with a little experience, so we're starting with the basics offered in blogger.

Click continue and you'll get a page like this:

So now the basic layout and setup has been finished and your blog is ready for you to start typing in. Click the start blogging button and it takes you to a page where you can enter your first post.

This is the "blog editor" or "wysiwyg editor". It's what you'll use to enter information and images, even videos into your posts.

Across the top of the editor are options like "font" (in a drop down box) where you pick the type of lettering you want, next is a large and small T with an arrow - when you click that you make your text bigger or smaller.

The "b" lets you make bold text (highlight the text by clicking, holding down your mouse button and dragging across all the text you want to make bold, then click on the "b"); the little i gives you italic text (done the same way as you get bold).

The T with the colored box changes your text color; the small globe with the chain link across the top helps you make links.

The next series with all those little lines let you decide whether your text starts at the left (left justified), or is centered, or is right justified, or is justified across the entire page.

The small lines with numbers next to them lets you make a numbered list, the ones with little squares lets you make a bulleted list.

The quotation lets you make a block quote, and the ABC with the check mark is a spell-checker. Next to that is a tiny picture - click that to insert an image from your computer or an address on the internet. The next little picture lets you add a video, and the last icon - is an eraser that removes formatting from a specific selection of text.

Okay, so now you know it all. Well, not exactly, but you should have an idea of how to get started.

To write your first post, you simply start typing in the editor's text box. It works like most text boxes.

When you are finished entering your article, or story or text, you can add labels for your post. This helps search engines and readers find your content - labels work a little bit like keywords do. Then, you click "publish post" and you can click the "view blog" link at the top to see your blog with its first post.

Until then, make some posts and explore your blogger options. And don't mess with the html templates unless you know what you are doing. Then try to draw traffic to your blog because your blog is just like a closed book if you don’t open any of the pages you can’t read what is inside of the book, you can read about traffic on one of my blog post and how to get it. Rake in money from Amazon's Associate programme

Amazon affiliate program is a hype free way to really make money straight to your bank account without hurdles. There two ways to make money from Amazon associate programme; either as a publisher (selling your personal products like books, software and physical goods) or as an affiliate (promoting peoples products for commission). However for the purpose of this write up, let us concentrate on how to make money as an affiliate without owning your product. That is by promoting other people’s products.
These are steps you will need to take in order to set up your Amazon associate links or program:
Decide on a topic you want to promote or review: The easiest way to make money out of this is to start a product review and recommendation. So it is important that you pick a topic you are passionate and knowledgeable about. This is because if you can’t stay passionate about your chosen topic, then it will soon show that you know little or nothing about your chosen topic and such your reviews are not comprehensive. What i advise is that you narrow your niche to be distinctive enough.
Choose your keyword rich domain name: It is important that you choose a domain that is keyword rich and not a clever one, you will need to focus on hoe people will find your site in the search engines. For example music domain BandsFromLondon.com, Non-Stop-Hip-Hop.com. Books Domain ClassicInvestmentBooks.com. All these will make your site ranking in search engines and SEO perform well in the internet.
You need some “small linking” know how: It is important that you know some basic knowledge of linking. You should be able to know a little bit of inserting copied html codes from Amazon.com to your blog or website. You have to do this to keep your cost down and still get what you want. Even if the site is basically laid out for you. You are going to need to know how to insert images, create hyperlinks and do some basic formatting. What i will advice here is that you remove that “I can’t do it attitude” and settle to do it! Get over your anxiety you have about this, just it.
Installing a free blob: yes i know you have heard of blogs and blog will give your site all the structures you need plus make it easy for you to easily and quickly post new contents. I use blogger because it is an open source software, free and easy to install or create and very powerful too. You can check “creating a blog using blogger” to see how to create your free blog.
Make your blog unique: one of the greatest things about blogger is that it has a variety of templates available to it. You can completely change the look and feel of your blog at any time. Templates or themes are used in designing blogs to give it all the beauty and appeal it should have. There are lots of blog themes you can get for free online. You just have to do a search on Google for free themes.
Sign up as an Amazon associate: once you have done all the above simply visit any of the following and sign up for any of the following. It is easy and free. Your site should already have at least all the basic set up done, even if you don’t have any content yet. Once you are approved, you are on your way to reaping from this affiliate program.
Build your first link: Go to Amazon and log in with your associate account. Find the product you want to review and use the widget or banner link ads to generate html codes in minutes, for a particular product or products you want to promote, log into your blog dashboard and paste it as html code or add it to your blog widget. Once you preview your blog, your ads will show immediately. You can also use the aStore Adlink type to build your website if you are using a website software such as http://www.vodahost.com/partner/idevaffiliate.php?id=15849
http://www.vodahost.com/partner/idevaffiliate.php?id=15849_1_3_9
http://www.vodahost.com/partner/idevaffiliate.php?id=15849_10_3_10
Build out your site and blog your review: Before you promote your site, you may want to have some substantial content there. Write several product reviews, have at least two in every category you’ve created. You may also want make categories for articles news and commentary about your topic. The more content your site has, the better. The great thing is that while you are writing all these, the search engines are getting notified automatically.
Promote your site: The best free way is to communicate with other bloggers, select any one that is related to your niche and that appeals to you and start posting comments while you leave your back links read my post about promoting your site and traffic. The idea is to use Google and type niche forum and you are able to add your signature to your forum profile. To use paid advertising, you will have to sign up with Google Adword, craiglist and usfreeads.
My advice is that you should promote what you think is related to your niche or what you feel in your opinion is worthwhile such as music and software’s instead of books and other products, this is so because you can listen to the clips of the entire album and get a good feel for the music without buying it but this will appeal more to the person who will buy immediately or come back later to buy. However you can do a short review about the music after listening to it. Digital camera and laptops affiliate reviews have proven to be one of the lucrative niches.

trade secrets of professional bloggers

These tips are steps professional bloggers utilize to make a lot of money, these are evident in most of the successful blogs and all low converting blogs obviously lack these trade techniques. Following these 4 trade secrets, you will be able to make more money and effectively blog like a professional.
The fist trade secret is known only by a few professional bloggers. It’s a little known secret that readers will comment on your blog posts when a discussion is already in place. Readers will not gain a good impression and post comments if there are no comments or activity going on in the blog. The trick is to get some instant activity so new readers can comfortably add their own comments and link to your blog. If your blog is not receiving much activity, it’s time you implement this secret that only a few bloggers know. The secret is to get paid comments for the first blog posts. This is practiced in forums by webmasters and it’s just as effective with blogs.
When you write your post add your own comment after signing out and you’ll be the first to start the discussion. You can pay very cheap for quality comments to get the discussion going. It’s important to only pay for the first few comments and then let your traffic do the rest for you. Once your blog has been active for a while you will need to pay for comment on your new blog post as you’ll have the patronage of readers who to do that for you.
The second trade secret of professional bloggers. The biggest secret is research! This and sometimes obvious secret is used by only the most successful bloggers. The trick is to research the most popular blogs and copy the same technique and trends that they are practicing. The bloggers that are making thousands of dollars are making the money because they have a lot of traffic; the fastest way to become popular is to position your blog like the successful bloggers.
You don’t need to steal anything from the big blogs; only analyze everything about these blogs and use the same techniques on your blog. Notice the layout, ad placement and how they are selling products. Are they using plug-ins that you are not using? The idea is to find the smallest details and implement them on your blog. If your blog is falling behind on the latest trends that big blogs are setting, you won’t be considered as popular to readers. Once your blog looks, feel and reads like the big blogs, readers will associate your blog with the professional blogs and your blog will have a higher page ranking.
The third trade secret of professional bloggers.
All successful blogs have one thing in common, they all are positioned expert in their chosen niche and all of them are connected to other to other successful blogs. Your blogs needs to be recognized by the successful blog in your chosen niche and readers need to associate your blogs with other big blogs. Positioning your blog is a lot easier than most bloggers think.
The first step is to be a part of the big blogs! Comment on their post and actively engage in discussion to provide helpful answers to readers. In your comment leave a link back to your website, this is called back links, read “How to use blog comments to drive traffic to your blog” when appropriate, leave your back links but when not providing helpful answers leave your URL out of your comment.
The second step is to blog about the same topic that are popular in other big blogs. Link back to the post about the same topic. This is one of the best ways to be recognized on search engines when people are searching for the other posts. When your are actively participating in the big blog community wit successful blogs that are on the same niche as you, your blog will sky-rocket to the top and you’ll get a lot of traffic.
The fourth trade secret of professional bloggers.
All professional bloggers know the power of the search engine power of the URL but it’s really talked about. Your Domain name and the URL increase your search engine ranking x10 with simple one time to your blog. Your domain names should have 2-3 keywords about your chosen niche. For example if your blog is about “online business ideas” your domain name should be www.ideasonlinebusiness.blogspot.com the second step to implement this trade secret is optimizing all your blog post. For example, you’ve recently added a post about blog comments. The URL for that post should be optimized with the keywords: www.ideasonlinebusiness.blogspot.com/how_to_use_blog_comments_to_drive_traffic_to_your_blog.htm
Popular search engines will all crawl through your website and find all the links and index them. The more links they find with your targeted words, the higher you rank. Apply these 4 trade secrets of professional bloggers and start achieving your success online.

How to double your Google AdSense revenue

Do you know why I like Google AdSense? It is because it is one of the easiest ways to make money online though you must have to draw traffic to your blog for it to happen, but by and large it is easy. If you are really going to make money and you are serious about it then you are going to do some little ground work or know some fundamentals.
I’ve spent some time experimenting with the programme, when i signed up i got little or no clicks at all and that wasn’t good at all. I knew that, there must be a way to get more from my visitors to click on the ads. Google has a strict policy about not pointing to the ads in any way or asking people to click on them, so there were two things I couldn’t do. What else was there? I then remembered reading an article once that discussed the physiological impact of colours on the human mind. I did some research on colours and found one colour combination that seem to work the best for me. Testing previously done at supermarkets had revealed that the same product could pull more sales from just changing the colours of the label. The colours are RED and YELLOW combination! The combination of these two colours has an immediate effect on the person who sees them. They make your eyes stop and focus. They pull your eyes to that part of the page. They grab your attention! I changed my AdSense ads to bright yellow background with black text and URL. The click to my ads increase, that’s what worked on my site. Your site colour scheme may work better with a slightly different colour combination. Try lots of different colour variations. Make a change in the morning and let it ride for the whole day. The next morning, try a different set of colours. Change the border, background, text. Change everything you can. Most importantly, keep detailed records of the colour scheme you used, click ratio and revenue generated.
After you have done all the experimenting you want to do, go back to the most profitable one and let it run for a week and see how it does. There are a lot of colour combinations to choose from. You never know when you’ll find the right one.
Understanding Google AdSense:
Google AdSense allows webmasters to dynamically serve content-related advertisements on WebPages. It the visitors click on one of the AdSense ads served to the website, the website owner is credited for the referral. Google’s AdSense program essentially allows approved websites to dynamically serve Google’s pay-per-click Ad Word results. Website maintenance related to AdSense is very easy and requires very little effort. Webmasters need only to insert a Google generated java script into the webpage or website template. Google’s spider parses the AdServing website and serve ads that relate to the website’s content. Google uses a combination of keyword marching and context analysis to determine what ads should be served. The java script calls the ads from Google and will ensure that ads are served each time a visitor goes to the webpage. Early on, Google implemented a filtering system that allowed webmasters to prevent a specific domain’s ads from being served on any website on their account. Ad blocking meant that webmasters could prevent their competitor’s ads from being dynamically served on their WebPages. Google provides a wide variety of ads formats to match the most suitable option with a website. Webmasters can select from a variety preformatted towers, inline rectangles, banners and buttons. The ad boxes can be modified by webmasters to resemble the website’s colour scheme. Ads can also be geo-targeted based on the visitor’s location. Advertisement containing content in French, English, Germany, Portuguese, Japanese, or Spanish is all available.
Channels:
Google also introduced channels. When a channel is selected Google modifies the java script to include additional tracking information which allows webmasters to track a variety of metrics across their sites. Channels can be used to measure the performance on various domains, differences in revenue with various ad sizes or placement. By assigning each group of pages to a specific channel and comparing results in custom channel reports, webmasters can work at increasing their AdSense revenue.
Optimizing:
Google determines the content of the ads that are shown, webmasters, serious about earning revenue from Google AdSense, can use the following guidelines to optimize their websites and ensure that targeted and relevant ads are served. It Google’s spider has not crawled the site and determined the nature of the content, public service ads may be served. Public service will not accrue any AdSense revenue if clicked. As a result Google allows webmasters to designate alternate ads. Alternate ads allow webmasters to utilize the ad space in the event that Google is unable to serve targeted ads to the webpage. By specifying an alternate image, HTML page, or ad server, the advertising space can always be used effectively.
(1) Webpage content on pages that ads are served should be static not dynamic.
(2) Ensure that the robot.txt does not prevent the webpage from being spidered. Robot.txt files will need to be removed or the following text will need to be bedded to allow Google’s content bot to crawl the site.
(3) If the website contains frames, select the ‘frame page’ check box when generating the ad layout code for that website.
Revenue earned:
Google doesn’t disclose the exact revenue shared or percentage that webmasters will earn, webmasters will receive a portion of the amount paid for the clicks on Google ads on websites.
AdSense conclusion:
Google Adwords can provide great supplementary income to webmasters with content sites. Implementing and maintaining Google AdSense programme on a content site requires very little effort and can often bring a steady stream of income for the webmasters.
Google’s AdSense affiliate programme; the truth about it:
The truth about Google AdSense programme is that it is amazing. It’s the greatest affiliate programme ever invented. There is no affiliate programme even comes close. If you are not using Google’s AdSense, you are missing out on a great opportunity. Other affiliate programme that even comes close to Google’s AdSense is Amazon.com affiliate programme pays 5% percent commission and up for shipped products. It is not really clear how Google pays you but it seems fair. Here are some basic tips for signing up with Google’s AdSense programme.
(1) If you search multiple websites in different categories you’ll find one thing in common. Almost all of them have Google ads and nothing else. This is because most other programmes are a waste of time. Don’t take my word for it. Try other programmes, but don’t skip Google’s AdSense.
(2) Google’s search spiders are so specific, that the ads that appear on each page corresponds exactly to some element of that page. Therefore having ads from other companies is not a good idea.
(3) You can place text, image, banner ads and even a search box that will earn you revenue. Do not place a search box from another company on the same page as Google’s search box. They may cancel your account.

HOTTREND MONEY DUPLICATION TECHNIQUE.

What do I mean by duplicating the trend? Duplicating the trend is the situation whereby you look for what is happening in the wider society like fashion, sports, film industry, Hollywood gossips, world cup football, what people are willing and eager to know about, you can do a search at Google and come up with what you feel is the latest trend of what you will like to write about, check here http://www.google.com/trends/hottrends. What is this site all about? It is the top 100 most search words in Google right now. Which means each of this search have millions of people searching for them right now! Once you enter this site, you will find 100 searches, most of them are celerity names and sometimes they are product but the most important of it is that, they presently have millions of people at the moment searching for it. Choose one or any of the hottest trends and duplicate it. What do I mean? Duplicate /create a website/blog with the latest trend that you will write about, make sure the content of the blog is presentable; you can do this by also going to http://www.google.com Or http://www.wikipedia.com to do a research on the product, person or trend you have choosing to write about or promote. Thereafter you will have to make up to five posts and more but no less on the niche or trend you are writing about. Before you go further you will have to open your blog, there are a lot of sites that give you the opportunity to open free blogs although there are paid ones where you will have to own your own domain name, but the free ones are sub domains but still serve your purpose because you will not be spending any thing and still stand the chance to make some money online. I use www.blogger.com and I enjoy their free widget and there is a column where you can click to immediately monetize your blog with Google AdSense and Amazon links [ Product Links

. Haven monetized your blog you are now faced with drawing traffic to your blog, but the problem off traffic is already taken care of; do you know why? This is because by duplicating the trend, that is creating a blog with popular trend people all over the world are already doing searches on Google and other popular search engines on similar trends or topics thereby leading people naturally to your blog to get the latest trend or update on the issue. That doesn’t mean that you will not do some form of building traffic for yourself, you can check “Gaining acceptance on the internet” and “Money blogging opportunities online” to see useful techniques to build traffic for yourself.

Now how do you make money with this HOTTREND MONEY DUPLICATION? When you create your free blogs as many as possible on many different topics that are popular you will have to monetize them with Google AdSense and Amazon links. Already your blog already has 75% worldwide traffic drawn to it because of the popular nature of the topics you choose from the hottest trend on Google. The idea here is that with the Google AdSense and Amazon links on your many duplicated blogs, you can imagine all these people clicking on your Google ads and Amazon link.

The summary point here is this-
(1)Do searches for the latest trends/happening e.g. fashion, football, gossips, products, ideas etc.
(2) Create as many free blogs from www.blogger.com on the latest trend from www.google.com/trend/hottrends because already there is natural traffic to your trend.
(3)Register or monetize all your blogs with Google AdSense and Amazon links.
(4) Do some little promotion for your many duplicated blogs to drive in some additional traffic.

Now I am always talking about traffic, creating free blogs/websites and monetizing it with Google AdSense and Amazon because a lot of people-

(1)Don’t have the necessary start-up finance.
(2)Are afraid to commit to getting their own blog because they don’t have ideas on monetizing their blogs.
(3)Don’t have somebody to mentor or encourage them.

This why in this blog I try to do some research that I have personally tried and expose to you on how you can create your own free blog and make money with it with little or no expense on your side. Money blogging opportunities online

One of the biggest problems of getting a blog or website is to draw traffic to your blog/website. Traffic in this sense is for people to know your blog/website and to follow you on the rich content you have posted online.
Most people already know about traffic and how to get it or build it up but for newbie’s or the majority of people who recently just put up their blog or website have to go through to get traffic to their blogs or website. However let us look at the creation of blogs. Blogs are like your diary where you write what you feel strongly about, here you can write about what you like and you can also invite people to comment on what you like and you can also invite people to comment on what you have written about and people who visit your blogs also can talk about things that are related to what you write about. There are software’s that can be used to create your websites or blogs, if you are frightened of doing one yourself but you will have to pay for it to be created for you, you can http://www.vodahost.com/partner/idevaffiliate.php?id=15849
http://www.vodahost.com/partner/idevaffiliate.php?id=15849_1_3_9
http://www.vodahost.com/partner/idevaffiliate.php?id=15849_10_3_10

. There are also places where you can create free blogs [click here] blogger affiliate link?. Also there is also a website where you can create a free [website] webs affiliate link?.
However if you have a problem creating a blog or website for yourself click on ideasonlinebusiness@yahoo.com send me a mail to create one for you, on the address bar please put create a free blog for me. However if your blog is free or paid for, always make sure you read their privacy statement of any dealings you make with them online.
I know most of you are itching for me to spill this traffic solution to you, but you must know that, if you are driving traffic to your blog at least you must have some little way of making money on your investment or time to pay for internet and other miscellaneous services. There are many ways these days to monetize your blog; i use Google and Amazon, [click here] paste Amazon link?
What you do to drive traffic to your blog or website is to visit various social networking sites like face book, twitter, YouTube, MySpace, badoo.com, flikr.com, ustream.com, del.icio.us, bebo.com, blogger, technorati.com, classmates.com etc. Register in there forums that are related to your niche , register in their forums and give your comments that are useful and then leave your blog or website address , people on that forum will want to know more than they have read on your post and can easily click on your address link to visit your blog or website. Secondly go to chat rooms that are similar to your niche there you can give useful advice there also and leave your address link. Another way is when you have e-mail addresses of people you feel should know about your blog or website, you can type a comprehensive letter telling introducing your blog to them, these days sales letters are being employed in these aspect. You can click on the post above “Gaining acceptance on the internet” here i enumerated how you can promote your affiliate links, how you can post your comments on high traffic blogs and how you can you can reply post on other blogs, all these point towards gaining knowledge on the current trends and keeping up with it. In summary however there are five methods which you can drive home your traffic problems, they are-
Method one- build your own blog: when you have your blog this where it begins you can register for or on other social networking sites to leave your impression and in the process make some money with Google AdSense which is the most easiest way to make money once you have traffic to your blog.
Method two- Find problems offer solutions: this technique is a timeless technique and the best place to take on this method is the social networking sites, especially interest sites like twitter, check www.twitter.com/ideasonlin. What you do is enter the social site and hang around then watch out for frequently asked questions. Take special note to answers to frequently asked questions, copy these questions, get answers and take note to testimonials, do interviews around the questions to get more understanding on the problem, create an information product on all the answers you have gathered. The assumption here is that if hundreds of people on one or more social networking sites are having the same problem over and over again it means millions of people over the world are having the same problem and if the problem is real they will be willing to pay for it. In summary create an information product and sell online and you can let it be known in any social networking site which in turn will pull massive traffic to your site.
Method Two- leaching technique: this takes some time to build because you will need to understand the particular social networking site you are working on, for instance face book statistics show that an average person has about 130 friends and if you get your friends to share your page with their own friends you have a potential of reaching about 40x130 new people = 5200 new potential customers, no cost paid for advertising and the chances for these people using your services are greater because it was recommended.
Method Three- look out for shared revenue: some of the site may have the opportunity for you to earn shared revenue from them. Some sites give you the opportunity to add your own Amazon affiliate link and their Google AdSense link. Such that when you send people to the site your advert is displayed for some period of time. With this way you will be using the site and earning from it not to talk of the traffic you will be building for yourself.
Method Four- the buy traffic technique: some social networking sites gives you the opportunity to pay for adverts, for instance Face book gives you the opportunity to advertise for some sections of people or country depending on where you are and how you want the advert to have its reach.
Method Five- think of partnership: when you have a great idea and you feel you would like to reach a wider customer base, you might want to think of partnership. After all you have nothing to lose.
